your order. This information is acquired via our online
retailer CCNow, which uses Verisign's
state-of-the-art security to protect your credit
and personal information. You
can rest assured that your information is never shared,
sold or used for anything other than order fulfillment.
Shipping & Handling
We only ship to North American addresses. Currently we ship to U.S. addresses for $14.95 regardless of quantity ordered. Canadian shipping and handling is $59.95, which includes air freight and duty.
Delivery
Time
Most sweaters are processed the day the order is placed and shipped within 24 hours for an average continental U.S. delivery of 3-7 days. Currently we only ship via UPS Ground to continental U.S. addresses.
Some
of our hand-knitted sweaters are made to order and are
not
warehoused (although most are). The manufacturing process combined with the
delivery time (including customs clearance) can take up
to 4 weeks. We strive to fulfill your order as expediently
as possible and can assure you that you'll be thrilled
by
the sweater once it arrives.
Returns & Exchanges
At Aranwear, your satisfaction with our sweaters is guaranteed. We know it’s sometimes necessary to exchange
or return an item. We have a 45 day, no-questions-asked
return/exchange policy (less s/h if applicable) that starts on the date
we ship your order to you (check your package's postage date). Sweaters must be returned in
perfect, unused condition to receive a full refund.

Sweaters returned after 45 days of shipping (not to exceed 90 days) will be refunded at 50% of the original item's sale price. Sweaters returned after 90 days will be donated to a local charity.

Please
Note: Aranwear will waive the shipping costs (to continental U.S.
addresses only) associated with exchanging a garment once.
The customer is liable for all subsequent reshipping costs. Exchanged garments may take up to 4
weeks to re-deliver. If an alternate sweater is not in stock, we will notify you and imediately provide a refund.
Canceling
an Order
Because most orders are processed immediately and may be
en route to your shipping address, you can "request" an
order be canceled. Should you require cancellation of an
order,
contact us immediately via e-mail at aranwear@gmail.com,
and we will promptly honor your request if possible. If the sweater has already shipped, we cannot refund any s/h fees (if applicable).
Incorrect
Shipping Address
Occasionally sweaters are returned to Aranwear because of an incorrect
shipping address given during checkout. Should this occur,
you will be contacted and given the opportunity to either
cancel your order or have it reshipped, at your expense,
to a corrected address.
Your
Credit Card Statement All online purchases will
be identified on your credit card statement as CCNow.
We have authorized CCNow to resell our garments via their site. Your transaction is with CCNow and not Aranwear. CCNOW utilizes
state-of-the-art security features provided by Verisign, which ensures the maximum level of protection to your credit
and personal information.
